There is something to be said about eating well. It does wonders for your body, mind, spirit, and soul. I notice whenever I eat something unhealthy, I find that I am tired, not myself, (meaning little things might irk me), and I certainly know there are zero nutrients going into my system. I am a person who eats well. I enjoy all of the beautiful colors and benefits that are offered in fruits and vegetables. I also enjoy cooking. I am not a Vegan. Hummus offers many health benefits such as:
Hummus is a thick paste or spread made from ground chickpeas and sesame seeds, olive oil, lemon, and garlic, made originally in the Middle East.
It also offers benefits for you skin, hair and nails. I eat Hummus about 3 times per week, sometimes more, for a quick and healthy snack. If you have not tried it, give it a try. I am serious when I say, if I could bathe in it I would.
